This spring, we had a septic tank issue to say the least.  By chance I called Randy (at 9:30 pm Saturday night) at Dave’s Septic and he agreed to come out on his day off to see what he could do. He spent the next two days (the first of which was his golfing day off) getting our septic working after double pumping it out. He also ordered parts for the needed work and added risers. As it turned out, our pipe from the house to the septic tank was also broken and Randy and his helper returned for that and even rebuilt our septic outlet pipe.



All while this big job was being done, Randy was answering my questions, being super careful and, most importantly, he did it as though it was his own house.  I have never had such terrific service done at my residence.  One doesn’t realize how important a septic tank is until things go wrong. I am very grateful for Randy, his quality work, and super attitude. The rating system here goes only to five stars, so I’m doing my ten.

I’ve been in the construction business for more than 40 years so I am not easily impressed but Randy from Dave’s Septic did an amazing job.
